Senior Marketing & Demand Generation Manager
Role
As the first marketing hire for Fabriq in the US, you will be responsible for leading Fabriq’s US marketing strategy and execution to generate and nurture high-quality leads, and to drive brand growth.
You will work closely with:
Fabriq’s established marketing team in France/EMEA, leveraging core assets, and ensuring our US messaging, positioning and programs are locally resonant and effective.
and with the US-based team (1 GM, 1 AE, 1 CSM) to align on target accounts, tailor campaigns, and ensure our go-to-market approaches speaks directly to the pain points and ambitions of our ideal US-based customers.
You will manage the US marketing budget, optimizing spend to maximize impact and ensuring strong reporting, transparency, and partnership with the leadership.
Your Scope
Webinars & Events: Organize local webinars, roundtables, and support in-person events to build brand presence and accelerate pipeline.
Lead Generation & Campaigns: Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (paid, organic, email, LinkedIn) to drive high-intent pipeline.
Content & Product Marketing: Craft clear, targeted messaging and content (ebooks, one-pagers, webinars, customer stories) aligned with personas and buyer journeys.
Sales Enablement: Create sales decks, battle cards, talk tracks, and collateral that help the team engage and close enterprise accounts.
ICP & Persona Validation: Collaborate with the Country Manager and Sales to iterate quickly on our go-to-market approach and continuously refine target messaging.
Performance Tracking: Measure impact and ROI across all initiatives, ensuring alignment with US growth targets.
Your Profile
8-10 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, in Industrial/Manufacturing sector.
A mix of strategic thinking and tactical execution – you’re comfortable running the playbook while writing it.
Proven ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Experience collaborating with sales teams to improve messaging and drive pipeline conversion.
Strong product marketing and copywriting skills – you know how to turn product capabilities into customer-centric stories.
Hands-on expertise in tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Analytics is a plus.
