People Ops Manager

We are looking for our People Operations Manager, a true pillar of HR operations and employee relations, to ensure a clear, secure, and smooth framework for our teams and managers.

Operational HR Management

  • Manage the Office Manager on the People Ops scope

  • Define priorities, structure workflows, and drive autonomy

  • Implement follow-up rituals and ensure high-quality HR delivery

HR Operations & Payroll

  • Oversee the entire employee lifecycle (onboarding → offboarding)

  • Manage personnel administration (contracts, absences, working time)

  • Oversee semi-outsourced payroll (input variables in Deel, ensure data accuracy)

  • Act as the main HR point of contact for managers and employees

Employee Relations & Complex Situations

You are the go-to person for sensitive HR matters with high human and legal stakes.

  • Manage employee/manager conflicts and individual performance situations

  • Prevent and handle psychosocial risks and internal alerts

  • Lead disciplinary procedures (warnings, suspensions, dismissals)

  • Manage mutual termination agreements (calculations, DRIEETS process, legal compliance)

  • Monitor pre-litigation and litigation cases in collaboration with lawyers

  • Advise, coach, and support managers in handling individual situations and team dynamics :decision-making support, preparation for sensitive meetings, managerial posture, prevention of legal and human risks, upskilling managers on HR and people fundamentals.

Employees Representative & Legal Framework

  • Manage the relationship with the Works Council (CSE): meeting preparation, action follow-up, legal compliance

  • Organize professional elections (2027)

  • Contribute to the negotiation and follow-up of company agreements (remote work, QWL, gender equality, etc.)

  • Monitor legal developments and continuously adapt our practices

  • Ensure compliance with legal obligations: BDESE, DOETH, mandatory postings, workforce threshold monitoring, etc.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure compliance with French labor law

  • Prepare HR audits

  • Ensure GDPR compliance of HR data in collaboration with the Cyber team

Structuring & Continuous Improvement

  • Automate and optimize HR processes (structuring on Notion, Deel, reporting)

  • Produce and analyze HR metrics to drive operational performance

  • Leverage HR data (KPIs, internal surveys) to improve practices

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the employee experience
