What you will do

Stand up and lead Fabriq’s Solution Consulting function, enabling enterprise customers to adopt Fabriq at scale and to deliver measurable, strategic impact on their P&L.

In a nutshell

You design the enterprise playbook, frame programs in pre-sales, validate ROI, and guide customers toward high-maturity performance management across multiple sites.

Broadly speaking

You will:

  • Architect the Solution Consulting motion end-to-end

  • Guide customers from early diagnosis to blueprinting to rollout

  • Shape a repeatable enterprise methodology used across Sales, CS, IPM, and Integration

  • Build and coach a team of Strategic & Program Solution Consultants and Lean Coaches

On a day-to-day basis

  • Partner with C-level and OpEx leaders to define ambitions, use cases, and ROI

  • Run audits, maturity assessments, and operational diagnostics

  • Design target operating models (KPIs, tiered routines, governance, core model)

  • Lead enterprise deployments and track business impact

  • Hold steering committees with customer sponsors

  • Provide Lean/OpEx expertise internally and externally

  • Document best practices, templates, and enterprise playbooks

Who you’ll be working with

  • Sales (AE/AM): framing, business case, deployment plan

  • Implementation (IPM): successful pilots, adoption, use cases

  • Integration: core model integrations with MES/ERP/CMMS

  • Customer Success: rollout, maturity management, expansion

  • Support: customer care & feedback loops

  • Customer stakeholders: Plant Directors, Operations Directors, Head of OpEx/Industrial Excellence, transformation leaders

Your profile to make this a success

1. Mandatory required skills

  1. 15+ years in Lean / Operational Excellence / Industrial Performance (with real experience in plants)

  2. Several years as Plant/Site/Factory Leader or equivalent P&L-owning role

  3. Experience running multi-site deployments in automotive, aerospace, pharma, CPG, or similar

  4. Digital enablement of OpEx (MES/ERP/CMMS integration, data governance, change management)

2. This will be important in your job — we’ll teach what you currently miss

  • Fabriq’s product, technical integration stack, and internal processes

  • Our enterprise playbook and digital workflow models

  • SaaS-specific customer operations rituals
