We're looking for an Engineering Manager to join our product department.
Delivery management: elaboration of priorities with the Product Manager, monitoring of daily production, tracking and communicating with the CTO the execution status, providing transparency for any changes, and digging into issues within the delivery organization.
Team management: facilitating the daily life of a team, guaranteeing processes and best practices, and improving production flow.
Talent acquisition: recruitment of engineers.
Involvement in team delivery.
Career management: weekly 1:1, half-yearly reviews, onboarding of newcomers, establishing training plans, monitoring of probationary period, dismissals.
Stack
Single-page application in Vue.js. API REST on the backend. Historically implemented with Django running on AWS ECS, that is being phased out for services written in TypeScript and running on Cloudflare Workers. Databases : Postgres and Cloudflare D1 (SQL).
To apply for this job, you must have:
A strong experience in management;
The ability to execute quickly;
A strong knowledge of agile and lean approaches;
A good experience with remote teams;

The ability to work in English.
