The Role

As one of the first SDRs in the US, you won’t just generate pipeline: you’ll help build the outbound engine from scratch.

Your mission is simple: create high-quality opportunities by engaging the right manufacturing leaders, understanding their challenges, and connecting them to the value Fabriq brings.

This is a highly visible role with direct impact on revenue and strategy. You’ll work closely with sales and marketing, test new approaches, and play a key role in defining what success looks like in the US.

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect and engage manufacturing leaders through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn

  • Identify the right accounts and personas (operations, plant managers, continuous improvement leaders)

  • Qualify opportunities by understanding pain points and business priorities

  • Book high-quality meetings for Account Executives

  • Test, learn, and iterate on messaging and outreach strategies

  • Help build scalable processes and outbound playbooks for future team growth

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years in an SDR/BDR or outbound sales role (ideally SaaS or tech)

  • A true hunter mindset: proactive, resilient, and energized by outbound

  • Strong communication skills—you know how to get attention and create interest

  • A results-driven attitude with a focus on pipeline generation

  • Comfort with sales tools (Salesforce, Sales Navigator, sequencing tools, data platforms)

  • Curiosity and coachability—you test, learn, and improve quickly

  • A builder mindset—you thrive in ambiguity and want to help create something from scratch
